1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the buenas plus platform at buenasplus.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and buenas plus.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of buenas plus following any updates to these terms will be considered acceptance of the revised version. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
To use buenas plus, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online gaming platforms.
- You must be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, or associate of buenas plus or any of its affiliated entities.
- You must not have been previously suspended or permanently excluded from the platform.
buenas plus reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be operated by underage users will be closed immediately, and any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user may hold only one account on buenas plus. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. buenas plus will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login details.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact support at [email protected] immediately. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless you have promptly reported a security incident.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered user of buenas plus, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. You must not:
- Provide false or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
- Use the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Engage in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating that undermines the integrity of games.
- Use any third-party software to interfere with the normal operation of buenas plus.
- Share your account credentials with or allow access to any other person.
- Conduct any activity that constitutes money laundering or that is in violation of anti-money laundering regulations in the Philippines.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where required by law.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Transactions
All transactions on buenas plus are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform, as listed on the Deposit page. buenas plus does not accept cash transactions or payments from third parties on behalf of a registered user.
Deposits are credited to your account balance after successful processing by the payment provider. buenas plus is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical issues on the payment provider's side.
Withdrawals are subject to verification of identity and account status. buenas plus reserves the right to conduct due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal request. Accounts under investigation may have withdrawals temporarily suspended pending resolution.
buenas plus does not guarantee any minimum or maximum return on funds deposited. Gaming involves risk, and players should only deposit amounts they can afford to lose.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
buenas plus provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, buenas plus shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
All content on the buenas plus platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, interface designs, and written content — is the property of buenas plus or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent.
buenas plus may contain links or references to third-party services for informational purposes. We do not endorse or accept responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
buenas plus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of platform features.
- Failure to complete required identity or age verification within a specified period.
- Voluntary request by the account holder to close the account.
Upon account closure, any outstanding balance that is not subject to investigation or forfeiture will be returned to the user through the original deposit method, subject to verification and applicable processing timelines.
buenas plus reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through in-platform notices or via email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of buenas plus shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
